Ambassador Hotel needed an eye catching and visual way to promote their hotel to high level guests coming into downtown Tulsa for business.  Ambassador used print media to promote its facility and services locally, but those out of state would never have the chance to see those forms of advertisements.  Many of these potential clients did not know of the Ambassador Hotel, and typically stayed at other franchises like Marriott and Embacey Suites.

Mini Interactive Cd-Rom:   We needed to create a marketing tool that could be mailed out of town in bulk at a cheap rate, and when in the hands of potential clients, inspire them to give the Ambassador one opportunity to earn their business.  We designed a cd-rom disk that included text information that helped the user learn about the history of the hotel, the services offered, types of rooms available, and a way to book their room anytime directly from the disk.  We also included pages about various tourist attractions around the Tulsa area. This would provide the customer the assurance that the hotel would not only provide a great overnight stay, but help with guiding the customer around town, if needed.
We asked ourselves the question, "How do we give a potential customer a personal tour of the hotel, even they they are located in Colorado?"  We produced three videos allowed the user to watch and visually learn everything they need to know about the property.  We gave the user room tours in which provided visual detail about the size of the rooms, various amenities included with each room, history and architecture of the hotel, a tour of the well known restaurant, and other important features that came with a customers visit.  The videos were narrated, adding an audio presence behind the visual production.  It was a true tour of the hotel, while sitting at your workdesk.
By placing all of this information on a mini sized cd rom disk, the hotel was able to insert the disk in with a introductory letter, brochure, and first time visit offer.  All could be mailed out for the price of one stamp.
